As with all software products, you may encounter issues with the software that occur in your environment but
are not reproducible by the support or technical staff in our office. In such cases, we may request a copy of
your software database files in order to help replicate the problem in our test lab. This information is treated
as strictly confidential and is never shared with anyone other than the technical staff immediately involved in
the diagnosis or resolution of the reported issue.
