You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Credit card orders will be refunded
by issuing a credit on the account used for the original purchase. Purchases made by check will be refunded by check (US orders only).
In order to reduce your need for a refund, we strongly recommend that you download and thoroughly test the software
you are considering purchasing in the environment you intend to use it before you place your order.
To facilitate pre-purchase evaluation, we have provided trial versions of all of our products.
