Software License Agreement
By purchasing and/or installing software from this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the
software license agreement set forth in this text. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software
and documentation according to the terms set forth in this agreement. All ownership and copyright to the materials
in this package, both software and documentation, remain exclusively with Software with Brains, LLC
This software may be installed on only one computer at a time, unless a multi-user license is purchased. This software may be in use
on only one computer at a time, unless a multi-user license is purchased. This software may not be installed on a network, or used in any
environment where it is possible for more than one computer to access the software unless you purchase a multi-user license. If a multi-user
license is purchased, the software may not be concurrently used by more than the number of licenses purchased.
| Duplication, Usage, and Distribution |
The evaluation version of this software may be redistributed at will, however, it may only be distributed in its original
form, with all accompanying files and documentation.
The licensed (purchased) version of this software may not be sold, transferred or distributed in any form.
The software is licensed only or evaluation purposes until a license is purchased. You may not use the software for more than 90 days,
even for evaluation purposes, without the express written consent of Software with Brains, LLC, unless a license is purchased. Once a license
is purchased, the software may be used indefinitely or until the end of the term defined in your license agreement (if such a term is defined).
This software may not be sold or transferred to another party. You may not copy, reproduce, or transmit any part of the software or documentation
in any manner for any purpose whatsoever, except to make archival copies as your protection against the loss of the software. Any archival
copies of this software and documentation must remain in your sole possession, and may only be used to recover the software or documentation
in the event of a loss.
You may not use the software in "licensed mode" (that is, with evaluation limitations removed) unless you have
purchased a valid license from Software with Brains, LLC or an authorized reseller. Performing any action that
allows, or is intended to allow the software to run without the trial limitations (as a fully licensed copy)
without purchasing a valid license from Software with Brains, LLC or an authorizsed reseller
is a violation of federal and international copyright laws. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the
law.
| Modifications to Software |
It is a violation of this license agreement to modify any of the object code files (EXE or DLL files) in the evaluation or licensed version
of the software in any way. You may not perform, or cause to be performed, any action that shall allow the software to operate without the
normal evaluation restrictions, other than purchasing a valid license from Software with Brains, LLC
Evaluation restrictions within the software may only be removed by purchasing a license to use the software from
Software with Brains, LLC
| Warranty of Fitness for Use |
The software is provided "AS IS" without any warranty, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You accept all risk as to the performance of the software. In no way will Software with Brains, LLC
be liable for any damages or loss caused by the use, or inability to use this software, regardless of its awareness of the
potential for such damages or loss. Software is complex, and by its very nature will contain some defects. Software with Brains may or may not
attempt to correct such defects in its software at its own discretion.
All technical support will be provided at the discretion of Software with Brains, LLC, and with no guarantee as to the accuracy or
timeliness of any response. Any technical support provided will be via e-mail. Telephone support is not currently available.
